BULLDOGS COIN TOSS PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 

Promotional Period: The promotion commences at 12.00 EST (New South Wales time) on 13 July 2022 and closes at 20:00 EST (New South Wales time) on 17 July 2022

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.  Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

  • Entry is open to residents of New South Wales. 

  • Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and venues associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 

  • This promotion will be conducted at Accor Stadium, Edwin Flack Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127  

  • The prize consists of; a training day experience inclusive for up to thirty (30) guests. Includes personalised Bulldogs training jersey, locker room access, back of house tour, pre-session briefing from coaches, mini training session, game of touch football, lunch following the game and post training debrief from coaches.

  • The prize is valid for three (3) months. The drawn winner must organise a date and time with the venue management.  

  • There is One (1) prize in total.  

  • To enter; Entrants must complete their details through an online promotional entry form including full name, mobile , email and selected venue 

  • Limit applies of one (1) entry per person per day.  

  • The prize draw will take place at 195 Oxford St, Drummoyne NSW 2047 at 12:00 EST (New South Wales time) on 20 July 2022 from the accumulated promotional entries. 

  • Winners will be contacted via phone and email 

  • Winners do not have to present at the time of draw to claim the prize. They will be contacted via the contact details of their digital entry ticket.  

  • Winners will have two (2) days to claim their prize, or the winner will be redrawn.  

  • If the winner cannot be contacted via their entry details provided within two (2) days or the winner will be redrawn. 

  • The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion.  Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.   

  • Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.  

  • The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.  

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the promotion. 

  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion. 

  • If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or element of a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities.  

  • Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation if the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value. 

  • Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize), then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited. 

  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering, or tampering with this promotion or otherwise preventing the conduct of the promotion as intended by the Promoter.  In the event of such problems or conduct, then the Promoter may (where necessary with approval from the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the promotion.  

  • The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter, or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.    

  • Please note that entry into this competition is deemed automatic consent to be added to Laundy Hotels Pty Ltd database.
